Shubhalaxmi Agrawal

Shubhalaxmi Agrawal had an interesting exploratory journey before stumbling upon Interior Design. By degree she is an Architect, landscape architect and urban designer with close to 15 years of professional experience in urban design and planning. Having worked in Singapore for 11 years and 4 years in India, she has traveled extensively and completed master planning projects across Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, China, and India. Her travels have always left her fascinated by the rich culture and architecture of the places she has visited.

Shubhalaxmi’s journey to founding The Unique Story began with her own home. While interacting with leading interior firms in Bangalore for her home interiors, she found a gap in the market for customized interior design services. Fortunately, it was the first phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, she took on the challenge of designing her own house and discovered her passion for designing interior spaces.

After completing her house, Shubhalaxmi received a few inquiries, and in December 2021, she founded The Unique Story. The team strives for pure professionalism, perfection, and passion in designing unique spaces for each customer. This is their unique story, and they encourage others to create their own.

Amit Agrawal

Amit Agrawal brings over 22 years of extensive experience in project and construction management, delivering high-value projects across India and Singapore. His expertise spans IT and business parks, luxury condominiums, five-star hotels, commercial interiors, and large-scale infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, and metro stations. Having successfully managed projects exceeding ₹5,000 crore, Amit has consistently demonstrated a strategic, result-oriented approach in overseeing every phase from initiation to handover. His leadership in cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams has ensured seamless project execution, emphasizing quality, safety, and efficiency. At The Unique Story, Amit applies the same precision-driven methodology to interior projects, ensuring every design vision is realized with excellence and attention to detail.

Amit’s commitment to a “first-time-right” approach and uncompromising quality standards ensures that projects are executed smoothly and delivered on time. His ability to integrate project planning, cost control, and risk management enables him to drive efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
