Overlooking the serene waters of Nagawara Lake, this 3300 sq. ft. 4BHK apartment was designed and executed for an NRI client, complete with soft furnishings and custom furniture. The design follows a minimalist aesthetic, with a refined palette of grey, white, and beige, accented by splashes of colour and texture. The living and dining area features a wainscoting accent wall, blending marble and mirror for a touch of elegance. The master bedroom continues the theme with a green wainscoting bed back wall framed by a grand veneer archway. The daughter’s room is soft and playful in pastel pink, while the son’s room brings in rustic warmth. The result is a home that perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and timeless appeal.
